Our Story

Infinite Wonders Academy was founded to help people unlock their potential and lead with greater purpose, confidence, and impact.

Created by Derric J. Wright, a leadership mentor, executive coach, ministry leader, and organizational development practitioner, the Academy brings together decades of experience in leadership development, executive management, coaching, mentoring, ministry administration, culture-building, and personal growth.

After leading teams, developing people and serving organizations across both ministry and corporate environments, Derric recognized a common challenge:

"Many people possess talent and potential but lack the intentional leadership development necessary to fully maximize their influence."

Infinite Wonders Academy was created to bridge that gap.
